Vacancies down 12pc in April
There's no let-up in the rental market pressures, which continue to build into another huge monthly reduction in available rental listings.
Reports Cameron Kusher of REA Group, rental vacancies dropped another 12 per cent last month, to be 27 per cent lower than a year earlier.
It's getting very tight now.
