Vacancies down
Rental vacancies fell to a record low of just 1.6 per cent in June 2021, according to Domain's latest report.
Inner-city Melbourne has had a high vacancy rate, but this has in part resulted in the record low vacancies across many other parts of the country.
Brisbane's vacancy rate is now just 1.3 per cent, having run high through the city's apartment construction boom.
