While everyone is talking about a 'permanent' shift to regional Australia, tech giants Amazon and Atlassian are pushing through billion-dollar projects to build huge towers right in the heart of the respective CBDs of Sydney and Melbourne, it was reported this week.
My take: as soon as the COVID risks fade, demographic trends will return to almost exactly what they were before (and there's at least some historical precedent).
