Tech and innovation boom
When I was in Dublin recently I couldn't help but notice the emergent tech boom, and how the tech giants were taking up huge amounts of commercial space right across the centre of the city.
It's interesting, because tech companies could theoretically be based anywhere.
Software leader Atlassian has also insisted that it must find a base right in the heart of Sydney, where tech giants, start-ups, and entrepreneurs can interact most effectively with big business and the brightest talent.
