Englishman in New Farm
It's no secret that the New Farm peninsula has long been my favourite part of Brisbane.
And while housing market news naturally focuses on the slowdown in Sydney and Melbourne, New Farm and Teneriffe have quietly been going from strength to strength...to strength.
Agents have noted more interest in the area from interstate and international buyers lately.
The magnificent Howard Smith Wharves opened late last year, meaning that residents can now walk down to the riverfront entertainment, and onwards through to the City.
The multi-billion-dollar Queen's Wharf development is also set to transform this part of Brisbane.
