This is pretty important stuff with thousands of new high-rise apartments due to settle in 2019, especially concentrated in pockets of Melbourne (and also in Sydney, and Brisbane, although the pipeline in these cities is at least now shrinking).

If banks don't keep the taps open there are going to be some problems for new apartment buyers and developers.
