Some auction results by Sydney region from Doc Wilson of Auction Insider are copied below.
Clearance rates ranged all the way from 80 per cent (Lower North) to 22 per cent (Central Coast), with the median price of property sold at auction essentially flat from a year earlier.
Looow volumes for this time of year, and not much doing for the next month - with an election to come - so we can give the auction reporting a welcome breather for a bit.
