Vacancies plunge anew
Domain's rental report showed rental vacancy rates returning to an all-time low in January 2024.
Sydney's rental vacancy rate hit a record low of 0.9 per cent, posting the highest number of views per listing.
It's a similar story for tight rental vacancy rates in Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, and Perth, where vacancy rates are under 1 per cent.
With churn in the market it's hard to see rental vacancy rates going much lower.
