Listings drop
Property listings fell in all capital cities in August.
Normally listings would be ramping up into the spring selling season, but not so this year...
Over the past year there were increases, particularly in Hobart and Sydney, but nationally there was a decline of -3.5 per cent last month.
No signs of panic selling, then.
