Long & Short Reports 2017-18

Long & Short Reports

Our Long & Short Reports 2017-18 will be available for institutional investors to order this week.

I went for a short stroll this morning to take a few photos and in turn provide a few examples of some of the many issues covered.

These include, but are by no means limited to:

-a detailed look at the record number of apartment projects under construction;

-an assessment of apartment project completion timings;

-vacancy rates, and why there is a risk of understatement at this stage in the construction cycle;

-a detailed look at the location and volume of new apartment completions, and the impact on the prevailing dynamics of the established housing and rental markets;

-an overview the new residential projects yet to be constructed.

And plenty more besides, of course.

Note that I took all of these photos and many more in a ten minute stroll this's all happening.
