Fitness

Being better than you used to be

Aha, timely stuff indeed from the "motivation" board at Fitness First at Robina on the Gold Coast.

Proof - if proof be needed - that I do make it to the gym occasionally.

This is more or less exactly what I was saying in my blog post here only yesterday - concentrate on your own game, as it's the only one you have any control over.

It would probably be churlish of me to make an issue of the missing apostrophe...?

While on the subject of the gym, congratulations also to my good mate Jacquii Alexander on her appearance in the most recent issue of Fitness First magazine.

It's been quite a year for Jacquii, notching up yet another world title, while adding further to her burgeoning portfolio of investment properties.

Look out for Jacquii's testimonial in my new book, which is set for release in all good Aussie book stores in September.
