On a day when Sydney had reportedly voted for its worst train stations (Wynyard, Town Hall, Central and Redfern of the famous city circle all unsurprisingly getting a Guernsey) I stopped at my favourite.
You can probably guess why I like Museum station in Sydney.
The station's instantly recognisable style - replete with Liverpool Street exit - makes one a little nostalgic for London, but crucially doesn't have the 3 million daily travellers that the London Underground Tube does.
Infrastructure, particularly including transport, is a hot topic in Australia right now, with exceptionally strong population growth of around 400,000 people per annum threatening to cause much of our existing infrastructure to burst at the seams.
