This is not only true for domestic buyers, but for Chinese investors too.
In yuan terms, apartment prices have increased by only around 4pc per annum through this cycle.
There is certainly no shortage of appetite for getting mainland Chinese funds into Aussie housing.
The real question is how hard China cracks down on capital flight.
