Brisbane supply

Still plenty of building going on in Brisbane.

It's a double-edged sword, of course - great for employment growth and the economy, but there are a few suburbs where too many high rise units are being built.

I drove through a couple of those suburbs today, with a large number of cranes still very active, and plenty more approvals in the pipeline.

Property investors need to be wary of this supply of high density accommodation.
