Blog readership stats May 2015

New goals

I've been busy setting a few goals at a motivational and investor event on the Gold Coast this week.

It's great to recalibrate goals occasionally and to hold yourself accountable, as it's all too easy to become complacent.

One of the goals I have set myself for the year ahead is to raise my media profile in Australia.

A good starting point, I suppose, is building my blog readership through quality analysis and opinion which keeps people coming back.

I only started doing this analysis last month, so let's take a look.

Blog readership

Cumulative blog hits increased by 28,000 to 562,468 by the end of May 2015.

The monthly readership was down from 31,000 to 28,000 in May.

I need to step up my game here, clearly!

Average monthly readership for year-to-date 2015 of 24,350 is still significantly higher than last year at below 20,000.

Let's see if I can get up to 35,000 in due course - I'll post the stats monthly.

Feel free to share!
