5am club?

The top performers

It is said that normal people don't wake up at 5am.

Yet a group of persons do wake up at 5am, with the next three hours being the most important of the day for these high achievers.

This is the time of day when there are the fewest interruptions.

Motivated folk get ahead by completing their key tasks before most of the world awakes.

It is also a time to exercise, which brings energy, motivation, confidence and vitality.

Haven't managed it myself this week, mind, but I do want to get back into the routine.

Queensland has some of the better sunrises for it too...
