April is always one of my favourite months in Sydney, especially when Randwick have a home game at the ruby club and the Galloping Greens steal a late try to take down Norths.
Randwick has long been a popular suburb, being located close to Coogee and the beach and with its own shopping hub.
A significant challenge facing Randwick has been access to the city, but the light rail extensions are set to change that.
These light rail lines will form the new Sydney Light Rail network, with high capacity services running north from Central to Circular Quay along George Street, west to Pyrmont and Dulwich Hill, and now south east through Surry Hills to Moore Park, Randwick and Kingsford.
The Sydney Light rail website explains more here.
