Fleet Review

Not so many auctions today in Sydney - only a couple of hundred - as the Fleet Review is in town (check out the crowds - unreal!). 

It is also a long weekend as well as NRL Grand Final weekend (that's me tomorrow - go Chooks!).

Sydneysiders have packed out every last Harbour vantage point today, perhaps hoping for a glimpse of Prince Harry. This city certainly loves its ships and fireworks. Will pop back down myself tonight I think for the display.

So, not so many auctions today. That said, I went to a property auction this morning in Neutral Bay where a 2 bed 1 bath ground floor unit with 1 parking space sold for an astonishing $900,000! Nice courtyard, and good decor 'n' all...but no view. That's a hot property market.
